How long does shipping take?

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. NZ orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days. Rural deliveries may take a little longer. We use NZPOST overnight shipping, If your order is placed by 9am it should usually arrive to you within the next working day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Email us at elise@blinkcosmetics.co as soon as possible with your order number.

Are your lash products safe for sensitive eyes or skin?

Yes! All our products are professionally tested and designed with quality and safety in mind. However, we always recommend a patch test before using any new adhesive or product.

What makes your Pro-Made lashes different?

Our Pro-Mades are hand-crafted with premium Korean PBT fiber for a soft, fluffy finish with strong retention. They’re perfectly heat-bonded — not glued — making them lightweight and easy to work with.
